有狐綏綏,在彼淇梁。心之憂矣,之子無裳。

她在默默思念呵,「那人有無新外套?」

她在默默擔憂呵,「那人有無新腰帶?」

有隻狐狸慢慢走,在淇水的岸上。
她在默默發愁呵,「那人有無新袍子?」

On the Qi River bridge.
Her heart suffers –
"Does he have a new robe?"

On the Qi River beach.
Her heart pains –
"Does he have a new sash?"

"Does he have a new coat?"
